Here is a very attractive hand made sapphire and diamond ring from the 1920's in a elegant split band design.
Made in 18ct yellow gold, the design of the split band makes it look so attractive on the finger. Even though this ring dates from the 1920's, the design of it allows it to be so easily worn with other antique jewellery as well as very modern and contemporary jewellery and still be able to blend right in.
Not only is the design attractive, but so are the 2 natural blue sapphires and the diamond in the centre.
The two sapphires total 0.36 carats and are both matched perfectly for their fine blue colour and the diamond that adds the sparkle in the centre measures 0.18 carats.
A ring such as this is perfect for any woman of any age to wear all the time and is a wonderful example of some of the designs of the sapphire and diamond rings made in the early part of the 20th century that still look as good today as when they were made all those years ago.
