This is an Art Deco diamond ring that is amazing from whatever angle it is viewed.
Hand made in platinum, the design, work and detail is all typical of the rings made in the 1920's, and this Art Deco diamond ring is such a fantastic and wonderful design that it will always be admired.
In the centre is a 1.05 carat diamond that is H colour and VS clarity and has such a wonderful sparkle to it.
However like a lot of other Art Deco diamond rings, it isn't just the large stone that makes this ring so amazing, it is all the other diamonds and the setting design that they are in.
Surrounding the centre diamond and on each shoulder are a total of 68 more diamonds that have been set in such a magnificent design.
These other diamonds total 1.00 carat, giving this Art Deco ring so much sparkle.
Jewellery made in the Art Deco period can be identified by the wonderful geometric designs and patterns and there are diamonds set into a bezel setting as well as on each 4 sides of the centre diamond, diamonds that have been milgrain set in a "leaf" pattern which takes its inspiration from the discoveries in Egypt and is referred to in jewellery of this era as Egyptian Revival making this ring even more special and making you admire it even more.
The ring measures 1.3cm from top to bottom by 1.45cm wide, and has a nice soft curve to it making it sit so well on the finger and is one Art Deco diamond ring that will always certainly stand out day or night.
Perfect for any occasion, this ring would also make a sensational and very unique antique diamond engagement ring and is a true one of a kind Art Deco diamond ring.
