Made in the 1950's in 18 carat rose gold, the colour of the case has such a beautiful warm tone to it that is complimented perfectly by the dial that has achieved such a beautiful patina. With those gorgeous curved lugs at each end, the watch case measures 35mm across plus the crown.
Then there is that dial that is so eye-catching. This is a magnificent triple date watch that displays the day, date and month and has the moon phase function at the bottom. With beautiful index markers and 12, 3 and 9 numerals, this dial has a look and style that highlights just why vintage watches such as this one are so sought after.
Inside is the 15 jewelled manual wind Jaeger LeCoultre P494/1 movement that has been serviced and comes with our 2-year warranty.

When we expanded and renovated our store in late 2022, we put in not only a full watchmaking and polishing workshop, but a watchmaker who used to work for LVMH and then Rolex for nearly seven years. This allows us to be able to service your Jaeger LeCoultre to their standards, as well as other watch brands such as Omega, Cartier and Patek Philippe to name a few. We are also now an authorised OMEGA watch service centre. We are the only authorised OMEGA service centre in Sydney CBD.
We recommend to service your Jaeger Le Coultre every five years. If you wear the watch in water, we strongly suggest having your Jaeger Le Coultre watch pressure tested once a year. This also applies to any other brand of watch that is worn in the water.
