Garnets often have a wonderful deep rich burgundy red colour, and this ring has exactly that.
A fabulous garnet ring from the Victorian era, it was made in Birmingham in 1887, and made in 15ct rose gold.
The setting is wonderful with the multi claw design, and the engaving on the side is brilliant.
This ring is in excellent condition, and can easily be worn every day.
