The Breitling Navitimer is famous for its outer slide rule used by pilots to calculate time and fuel and here we are so lucky to have a very early vintage Breitling Navitimer from the 1950's reference 806.
An incredibly handsome watch, this Breitling Navitimer has everything going for it.
The dial is completely original and has achieved the patina that everyone desires and is printed with the AOPA dial for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
The stainless steel watch case measures a hefty 40mm in diameter plus the crown and this is a size that is made by watchmaking firms today so you know it will look so good on the wrist.
Inside is a gorgeous 17 jewelled manual wind Venus 178 calibre movement. The later model Breitling Navitimers used the Valjoux 72 movement which is of course a fine movement however it is always great to get the earlier Breitling Navitimers with the Venus movement and of course the watch runs great and comes with our 1 year warranty.
This vintage Breitling Navitimer has such a great look about it, and there is nothing quite like owning and wearing the original on your wrist and this is one of the nicest examples of a vintage Breitling Navitimer around and one that wont last long and will always be admired by watch collectors.
