This is the Rolex Precision model 6426 in stainless steel that has the manual wind movement.

Fitted into a stainless steel Rolex Oyster case that measures 34mm across plus the Rolex screw down crown, the dial is all original with its textured dial and 3,6,9 numerals plus those wonderful triangular indicators.
