Here is an awesome vintage Heuer watch that looks so great on the wrist and is steeped in history.
Most people are aware of Tag Heuer, but before the merge between Tag and Heuer in 1985, this company was of course just Heuer and finding an original Heuer watch in recent years has become so hard and made them very collectable, and here is a fantastic 1970's era Heuer Autavia model 73663 that looks amazing on the wrist.
The Heuer Autavia was first produced in 1962 and ended in 1986, and was so named the Autavia as its name came from being a combination of “AUTomobile†and “AVIAtionâ€.
This particular vintage Heuer Autavia was produced in 1972 and is referred to as the Viceroy design with the red index markers and red tip on the chronograph hand. As well as this feature, this Heuer Autavia has three registers and the white on black dial combination making it a really great looking stand out watch.
Fitted in a stainless steel case with screw back, the case measures a whopping 42mm across plus the crown and pushers which is a large size case by today's standard, but an immense sized case by 1970's standards.
Inside is a 17 jewelled manual wind calibre 7736 movement that has been fully serviced, runs perfect and comes with our 1 year warranty.
If you have been after a great collectable vintage watch that not only looks good but is highly collectable and sought after, Heuer Autavia watch may just be the one.
