Here is a magnificent antique diamond engagement ring with beautiful scroll work on the side and is set not just with five diamonds, but eight smaller diamonds to add an extra level of sparkle and beauty to this ring. With so many engagement rings all looking the same, this makes owning and wearing an antique engagement ring all that more special and unique. Completely hand made in 18 carat yellow gold, it is set with five large antique European cut diamonds that total an impressive 2.34 carats in weight. These diamonds have a magnificent sparkle to them and graduate in size so elegantly. And then set between each diamond are two gorgeous antique rose cut diamonds with a total of eight that you simply don't find in modern engagement rings today. Measuring 20.9mm across by 6.1mm wide in the centre, this ring sits perfectly on the finger and will look wonderful with a wedding band sitting alongside. However then viewing the ring from the side will take your breath away when you see the incredible highly detailed scroll work on the side. The work is truly amazing and a real testament to the jewellers of the Victorian era and what they could achieve. Antique diamond rings such as this one will always be individual due to the fact that they were hand made instead of mass produced cast made, making no two of these ever the same and that is what makes them so much more special and unique - knowing that yours is quite simply a one-off. This is a spectacular example of an antique diamond engagement ring from the late Victorian era, and one that will always be admired and worn with pride every single day. Hand made in 18ct yellow gold, this ring is set with three magnificent Burmese rubies that have the most gorgeous red combined with perfect transparency allowing you to see right through each of the rubies. These antique cut diamonds total 0.12 carats and add the right amount of sparkle without taking away from the gorgeous colour of the rubies.
