The design of this ring is so wonderful and looks so beautiful on the finger and is as beautiful today as when it was made over 120 years ago.
It is the designs and quality of antique jewellery such as this one that showcases just why antique jewellery is so unique and how well made the pieces are that they not only look perfect today as well as lasting this long.
Hand made in 18 carat yellow gold, the way the ring was made with two soft curves that are set with four rubies and four diamonds in such an elegant design that is highlighted further by the magnificent scroll work on each side.
However it was not just a matter of setting four rubies and diamonds in, as when you look closer you will notice that they very subtly and elegantly graduate down in size. The four rubies total 0.15 carats and the two larger European cut diamonds total 0.09 carats and the two smaller single cut diamonds total 0.04 carats.
This is such a comfortable ring to wear all the time, and is sure to always be loved, admired and cherished.
