Stainless steel 1968 Omega Constellation with the gold bezel
Here is a brilliant Omega Constellation that has so many wonderful features to it, and has just been completely restored by our in-house Omega authorised watchmakers.
The Omega Constellation has always been fitted with their highest quality chronometer grade movement, making the Omega Constellation one of their most sought after watches. And this particular model was designed by the famous Gerald Genta who also designed the Patek Philippe Nautilus and the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak to name a few.
The stainless steel “C” case as it is known, measures 34.5mm across plus the Omega crown and is fitted with the 18 carat white gold bezel. With its bulbous sides, this makes the watch appear so much larger on the wrist, and with the sleek dial with indexes and the date window, as well as fitted on its original stainless steel bracelet, this makes it the perfect watch to wear day or night.
Where many vintage Omega watches are display a worn Constellation logo on the back, this one is in such wonderful condition, and as we are an authorised Omega watch service centre, this case has been correctly polished as per Omega standards, on both a polishing and lapping wheel which prevents it from getting rounded edges.
Inside it is fitted with the 24 jewelled automatic Omega calibre 564 that has a unique semi-quick set date which means the date can be changed rapidly by pulling the crown in and out, and the movement has been completely serviced and comes with our two year warranty.
Perfect for any occasion, this is a brilliant example of the highly coveted Omega Constellation.
