Antique agate earrings made in the Victorian era of the 1870s

The antique agate earrings were made in the Victorian era of the 1870’s and are so elegant and refined and typical of this beautiful period.

Made in 15 carat gold, each earring measures 14.8mm across by 51.6mm from the bottom to the top of the shepherd hooks. This size makes them perfect to be worn for any occasion, where they will no doubt always be admired and appreciated for their elegance and style.

The agates are a lovely dark chocolate brown colour with the pair of naturally occurring white vertical lines running down the centre. This feature with the white stripes elevates the earrings further and the beautiful soft colour of the 15 carat gold compliments the agate even further.

With the articulated tassels at the bottom further enhancing the design, these are a magnificent pair of antique earrings that will always be loved,  appreciated and admired.
