Going as far back as the Book of Genesis, the term Mizpah has been used over the centuries to wish a loved one a safe return from a voyage.

With no religious connotation, wearing a Mizpah ring is really wearing a piece of history on your finger. And here is a very simple yet elegant antique Mizpah ring that dates from 1885.
Made in Chester in 18ct gold, the front of the ring where the word Mizpah is raised and spelt measures 3.8mm wide and tapers down at the back to 3.3mm wide making this sit so well on any finger and is very comfortable to wear all the time.
Even the design with the raised font is so charming and combined with the fact that the ring is 130 years old and still looks wonderful just adds to the charm even more.
