Antique ruby and diamond ring made in 1884
$3,100.00
What a gorgeous ring that has so much fine detail and will so easily suit and feel comfortable being worn on any finger.
Made in 18 carat gold in Birmingham in 1884, the ring is set with one single cut diamond and two rubies, however it is not just the gemstones that make this ring so attractive, it is the beautiful setting that each of them are set into, along with the detail between each stone. Highlighted with an elegant crimped design on each side, this is such a wonderful ring that will surprise so many when they discover that it was made over 140 years ago and still looks so beautiful and attractive.
The diamond measures 0.05 carats, and the two rubies 0.08 carats, and the ring itself tapers from 7mm at the top to 3.2mm wide at the back.
Perfect for any finger and occasion, this is a gorgeous example of Victorian jewellery that is as beautiful today as it was when it was made.
