Art Deco diamond ring set with sapphires

With a design that was exquisitely hand made in platinum during the Art Deco period of the 1930’s and typical of the style of Art Deco designs of a “shape-within-a-shape” in the centre sits a round early brilliant cut diamond that measures 0.56 carats, yet is beautifully set into not a round setting, rather a hexagonal setting.

The sparkle in this ring doesn’t stop with this diamond as there are two more diamonds on the left and right sides as well as top and bottom that total 0.58 carats along with a further four that total 0.28 carats.

Then there are those sapphires that will make this ring stand out even more and make this a truly exceptional ring. Totalling 0.10 carats, the perfect blue from these sapphires stand out so well against the pure white colour of the platinum.

And finally there is that gorgeous scroll work that shows how much time and attention to detail went into hand making this ring all those years ago.
