Spectacular Art Deco sapphire and diamond ring from the 1920s

The detail in this ring is truly breathtaking and will no doubt always be admired each and every time that it is worn, as well as suit being worn on any finger and is destined to be admired from near or far.

Entirely hand made in platinum during the wonderful Art Deco era of the 1920’s, sitting proudly in the centre is a magnificent natural blue sapphire that measures 3.10 carats in weight and is highlighted by all of those magnificent diamonds.

In total there are 80 single cut diamonds that sparkle magnificently and total 0.80 carats. The diamonds have a millgrain finish to the setting which can be seen as the elegant crimping along the edge of the setting that adds even more charm and romance to an already very beautiful ring. With those gorgeous angular settings for the diamonds to be set into, this ring exemplifies the beauty of designs that are so typical of the Art Deco period and shows just why Art Deco rings are just as popular today as when they were made.
