Day Date Omega Constellation from 1970
$3,900.00
Here is a vintage Omega Constellation that is one of the most sought after around.
Made in 1970, the stainless steel case was designed by Gerald Genta who was also famous for designing the Patek Philippe Nautilus and the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak to name a few.
And not only does this have the day as well as the date function, but the dial is the fabulous “linen” dial which can be seen as having an incredible cross-hatching design that is complimented with the black onyx index markers and 18 carat white gold bezel.
Fitted on its original stainless steel band, the watch is powered by the automatic Omega calibre 751 that has just been completely serviced in-house, and not only are we able to restore all of our watches as well as customers, but we are also an authorised Omega watch service centre.
The case measures 40mm by 34.5mm plus the crown, and has such a wonderful large presence on the wrist, and has been correctly polished back to full Omega standards with the correct radial finish on the case and sharp edges. Even the Omega Constellation logo on the back is so nice and crisp and not worn, showing how little this watch has been worn in its life.
This Omega is the perfect example of just why the Omega Constellation has always remained such a sought after watch, and one that will be perfect to wear day or night and always be admired.
