Elegant Art Deco amethyst necklace made in the 1920's

This necklace was made during the Art Deco era of the 1920's in such a fantastic design that is as elegant and refined today as when it was made 100 years ago.

Made in 9 carat gold, it is set with a gorgeous kite shaped amethyst that measures 3.15 carats with an elegantly shaped marquise cut amethyst that measures 6.50 carats. The colour of both amethysts have such a fine colour to them that combined with the elegant design will make this necklace stand out from near or far.

Laid out from end to end the necklace measures 41cm in length and the from the bottom of the lower amethyst to the top of the kite shaped, this distance measures 5.7cm.

This necklace really shows how a design as elegant as this can truly last the test of time for being so fashionable and elegant.
