Vintage Favre-Leuba Memoraider watch
$6,200.00
Here is a watch that not only has an exceptional movement inside, but is a case size and style that was so incredibly ahead of its time and looks as amazing on the wrist today as when it was made.
This is the venerable 1970’s Favre-Leuba Memoraider alarm watch fitted in a stainless steel case design that grabs the attention of the eye thanks to its shape and angles, and measures a very forward thinking 43.5mm across plus the crowns – one for setting the time, and the one at the top for winding and setting the alarm as can be seen with the smaller white hand.
These vintage alarm watches are sometime have the affectionate moniker “cricket watches” thanks to the fabulous sound the alarm makes.
And as Favre-Leuba had a long standing relationship with Jaeger-LeCoultre, inside is an automatic Jaeger-LeCoultre calibre 917 that was especially modified by Jaeger-LeCoultre for Favre-Leuba and this movement and case has just come back from a full service by our in-house watchmakers, runs beautifully and comes with our two year warranty.
Fitted on its original band, this is a great example of highly coveted and extremely difficult watch to obtain that is in superb condition and will no doubt always be admired each and every time that it is worn.
