Exquisite Art Deco sapphire and diamond ring
$11,350.00
From every angle, this ring is breath taking and will have you admiring the stunning design from every angle.
Beautifully hand made in palladium in the 1940’s, palladium is from the same precious metal family as platinum and shares the same beautiful quality of being a very pure white colour as well as retaining the strength like platinum to fashion it to create very fine detail such as can be seen in this ring. The design and detail of this ring is just incredible and such an outstanding design that will be admired by all who see it.
Set with two fabulous square cut diamonds in the centre, set between these diamonds is a charming rectangle cut diamond that shows the skill of the jeweller to set these all together, and these diamonds total 0.46 carats.
Surrounded by a border of 18 square cut sapphires, these sapphires not only add colour to the ring, but also highlight the design and intricate and fine detail of this ring, and are further highlighted by two early brilliant cut diamonds in the centre of the border.
And then it is not simply a matter of putting a further border of diamonds around the setting, but they are magically broken up into four sections each with four more diamonds as well as one set between each four in the most charming setting as well as a further diamond set on each shoulder. These additional diamonds total 0.24 carats and the detail in this ring is extraordinary and looking even closer you will note that the setting has a millgrain finish which can be seen as the beautiful crimping along the edge of the setting.
Measuring 1cm across by 1.5cm, this ring is absolutely stunning in both its design and exceptional quality and will always be cherished, loved and adored.
