The Omega chronostop was released in 1966 with a sweep centre second for timing along with a single start/stop button. Designed with a variation of dials, one of the most sought after is the model with the additional rotating bezel, and here is a vintage Omega Chronostop Jumbo reference 145.008 with the Pilot bezel to all for dual time zones. Not only is does this have the standard chronostop function, but the addition of the "roulette" 24 hour rotating bezel not only allows it to be set to two different time zones, it also makes it a seriously cool watch to look at. With the black dial giving the watch such a fantastic contrast to the bezel, it is fitted with the bright red centre sweep seconds counter. With the case measuring 47.1mm in length by 40.9mm across plus the crown and pushers, it is a lovely large size that is complimented by its original stainless steel Omega band. Inside is the beautiful manual wind 17 jewelled Omega calibre 865 which has been fully serviced, runs beautifully and comes with our twelve month warranty. A real eye catching watch, this is a wonderful example of a seriously cool vintage Omega watch that will always be admired and commented on. Once in a while something truly special comes by, and here is a ladies vintage rose gold Omega made in an exceedingly rare case that was made in France in 1947. Omega had watch cases made in other countries under licence such as in America and even Australia and although this also included France, very few of these French made Omega cases are often found. So typical of the style that is often seen in French jewellery, this watch case is just incredible and so rare. With no exact figures on how many were made in this case, extensive research has led us to the conclusion that finding another one in the exact case is incredibly unlikely. Combine this with the dial which is so clean and stylish with the combination of numbers, index markers and the sub-seconds at the bottom, and you have a truly stunning watch that will always be admired and is like no other. The case itself was made in 18 carat rose gold and has that lovely warm tone to it that only rose gold has and looks even more beautiful on the wrist. Measuring 27.1mm across, the crown sits somewhat flush to the case and then measures 25.1mm or 33.3mm from each lug where the watch band is fitted. Set with a very thick crystal to emphasise the wonderful angular case design, this watch case is as beautiful as it is unique. Inside is the brilliant manual wind Omega calibre 17.8 that has been fully serviced, runs perfect and comes with our twelve month warranty. From every angle, this ladies Omega watch is so beautiful and will no doubt always be loved, cherished and admired. Stock# W1522cc Maker: Omega Circa: 1947 $7,550

Here is a very rare 14 carat vintage Omega Seamaster made in 1956 that has so many unique features to it. Firstly the 14 carat yellow gold case was made under licence to Omega by Lutringer & Kammerer of New York. This company made watch cases for watch companies such as Waltham, Longines, Hamilton, Heuer and of course Omega. Watches that were made overseas were subject to a high tax, however if the watch movement only was imported into America, then this would be exempt from this tax. The case measures 34mm across plus the Omega crown and the bezel and lugs have such a lovely sleek look and feel to it that make this watch perfect for day or night. The dial is also just as attractive with the combination of triangular index markers so indicative of the 1950's, as well as the 12,3,6 and 9 numerals with their lovely font. Combine this with the centre seconds, and it results in a very stylish vintage Omega watch from the 1950's. Inside the watch is a calibre on Omega that is extremely hard to come by - the 17 jewelled automatic Omega calibre 500. Whereas there are many 501,502,520 calibres to name but a few, to find an early Omega calibre 500 is incredibly hard to come by. Not only is this a beautiful movement to admire, it runs perfect and comes with our twelve month warranty. And then there is the overall condition of this watch which is just incredible to admire, especially considering that it was made over 60 years ago - the condition of the case, dial and movement are as good as you could ever hope to find, and adds to the charm and character of this very beautiful Omega Seamaster. The Omega Seamaster is such an iconic watch, and this is just a magnificent example to admire even more so when it is on your wrist. Stock# W1518cc Maker:Omega Model: Seamaster Circa: 1956 $5,350

Bumper automatic movements are an early form of the automatic movements common in watches today, and were one in which the movement was restricted from completing a full 360° and the rotor would literally "bump" back and forth as it is being worn, and here is a brilliant vintage Omega bumper automatic watch dating from 1950. Early bumper automatic Omega watches are becoming so collectable and they feel great to wear on the wrist and feel that mechanical interaction that is lost on quartz (battery) powered watches today. Even though this watch dates from 1950, it is still able to be worn on a daily basis where it will no doubt get the attention and admiration that it deserves. Made in a 14 carat gold filled case that measures 34mm across plus the crown, don't be misled by the millimeter size and think that this will look small on the wrist, as thanks to the wide bezel, and beautiful dial, it makes such a presence on the wrist. The dial is just gorgeous and has the most wonderful patina that is all original and has not been repainted at all. Complemented with both numerals and those gorgeous triangular index markers, there is also the sub0seconds at the bottom. The look of this Omega is just perfect and exemplifies the style and character of the 1950's. Inside as mentioned is the bumper automatic movement which is a 17 jewelled Omega calibre 342 that has just come back from a full service, runs perfect and comes complete with our twelve month warranty. This is a great classic Omega that will not only look goo but feel good on the wrist. Stock# W1453 Maker: Omega Circa: 1950 $Sold.

Here is a very rare and highly collectable vintage Omega Cosmic Moonphase watch from 1947, reference 2486-2 that not only looks amazing on the wrist, but has aged beautifully. First made by Omega in 1947, the exact year that this one was produced, the Omega Cosmic Moonphase as it was officially named by Omega, was made until 1956 and should not be confused with the Omega Cosmic range of watches of the 1970's. This Moonphase Cosmic range was one of the most exclusive watches that was made by Omega and came in the smaller 34mm size or the larger one such as this which measures 37.5mm    The case itself is a 80 micron 14 carat gold plated case which is still in incredible condition even after all these years. Most gold plating is usually anywhere between 10 to 20 microns, so being 80 microns this explains why it is still in superb condition. The colour has a lovely warm rose colour to it that looks even better with the dial which has aged so beautifully. Not only displaying the time, it is also a triple date meaning that it can be set to display the day, and month which can be seen just under the Omega logo, and also the date which can be seen on the outer edge of the dial. And on top of this, it also has of course the moonphase function which gives it such a stylish look to it. The dial has that wonderful patina that actually accentuates the watch and looks better than similar models that have had the dials repainted. Inside is the beautiful 17 jewelled manual wind calibre 27 DL PC. This is a somewhat unusual calibre reference which was re-named the following year in 1948 to the calibre 381. AM). 27 stood for the size of the movement at 27mm in diameter (and 5.25mm thick) and DL stood for triple date and moonphase, and the PC stood for the shock absorber used.  This is a highly collectable vintage Omega watch that not only has a dial that is gorgeous to admire but looks spectacular on the wrist. Made to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Omega comes this superb Limited Edition 100th Anniversary Omega watch that looks incredible on the wrist. Made in 1994 these limited edition models were fitted with the original 30mm Omega calibre 269 manual wind movements. These movements have been so highly regarded and these surplus movements were put into the cases that were made in 18ct gold. To coincide with Omega being founded in 1894, there were only 1894 of these anniversary watches made in the 18ct rose gold cases, and this one is number 1187 of 1894. With three dial variations, this particular dial was named “Best dial 1994” by the watch magazine Orologi da Polso and it is easy to see why thanks to the rose colour that compliments the rose gold case so well and this combination of both index marked and Roman numerals and the sub-seconds at the bottom. First launched by Omega in 1952, the Omega Constellation has remained their highest grade of watch, and here we have a very stylish vintage Omega Constellation watch reference 168.029 dating from 1968 with the very rare and hard to find linen dial. The linen dial is like the name implies one where the dial has a very soft and subtle linen look and texture to it and on its own looks fantastic. Then there is of course the fact that this is an Omega Constellation which has always used the highest grade and quality of movement ever produced by Omega. On top of this, the case has a great style and look to it and is called the Constellation III or Constellation "C" case, as it was both the third design for the Omega Constellation and its shape from end to end resembles the letter "C" by being rounded all the way to the lugs. The case measures 35mm across plus the Omega crown but thanks to the shape of the case this makes it appear larger and sits so well on the wrist. It is fitted on the original Omega band that had been shortened so an extension clip has been added if needed, however as it is secured by spring bars, this can be easily removed if not needed and this will not have any affect on the band or its strength at all. Inside is the brilliant 24 jewelled automatic Omega calibre 564 that has just come back from a full service, runs perfect and comes with our twelve month warranty. A fantastic vintage Omega Constellation that is just perfect. Stock# W572 Maker: Omega Model: Omega Constellation watch reference 168.029 Circa: 1968 $Sold.

One of the most iconic and famous watches by Omega would have to be the Omega Speedmaster "Moon Watch" and here is one that is in brilliant condition with the very rare calibre movement, the Omega Speedmaster Moon Watch reference 145.0022/345.0022. The Omega Moonwatch has always remained a favourite for any collector and lover of watches thanks for the historical achievement of going to the moon, its great style and size and the talking point that it always is. This particular Omega Moonwatch is quite an interesting one as the movement was made in 1985 as the Omega calibre 861, however between 1992 to 1994 the excess 861 calibre movements were upgraded to the Omega calibre 864 calibre (as is inside this Moonwatch) and then sold between these years. These movements were destined to be chronometer certified but for whatever reason were not and after 2 years the Omega Speedmaster calibre changed yet again.
