Antique amethyst and pearl pendant by Willis

Here is a gorgeous antique pendant that not only looks so beautiful around the neck, but was also made by one of Australia’s most famous and prolific early jewellers, Willis & Sons.

Made in 15 carat gold in the early 1900’s, this pendant is set with a gorgeous and romantic heart shaped amethyst in the centre and is then surrounded by seed pearls in the most charming design. Even the bail at the top is set with a pearl, and measuring 2cm across by 4cm to the top of the bail, this is the perfect sized pendant to wear day or night.

Perfect for any occasion, this is such an elegant example of early Australian jewellery from the Edwardian era.
