Here is such a charming and elegant Art Deco diamond ring that will surprise many when they realise that it is over 100 years old, yes still looks as beautiful and modern today as when it was made.
Hand made in 18 carat yellow gold and platinum in the 1920's, the way the square top is offset makes such an impact especially on the finger where it will always be admired. Measuring 9.2mm across in both directions, it is set with nine round early brilliant cut diamonds that total 0.18 carats.
Along the edge of the border, the ring has a wonderful millgrain finish which was popular during the Art Deco period and can be seen as the elegant crimping along the edge which adds that extra character to an already very charming ring.
This ring from the 1920's proves just why antique jewellery is as popular today as when they were first made.
