Vintage enamel butterfly brooch by David Andersen

David Andersen was by far the most famous of all the Danish jewellers of the late 19th century and early 20th century , and here is such a beautiful vintage enamel butterfly brooch that displays such wonderful colours.

Dating from the 1930’s and made in sterling silver, the butterfly measures 6cm across by 3cm and displays such wonderful and vibtanr colours that seem to explode outwards, making this one of the most colourful brooches that was ever made by David Andersen and showcases why David Andersen jewellery has always be highly prized and regarded.

The enamel is still in wonderful condition and feels so smooth to the touch and this is a gorgeous enamel butterfly brooch by one of Denmark’s most famous jewellers.
