The term "night and day" bracelet is used for an antique bracelet that has a pattern or engraving on one side, and plain on the other. This was a popular design often seen in antique curb link bracelets of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, as well as gate bracelets of the 1920's then this particular bracelet was made. While it is assumed that the plain side was worn during the day, and then the engraved, or patterned side during the night, it is safe to say that the fancier side would have been the one that was most commonly worn showing.
Made in 9 carat gold, the bracelet measures 1.5cm wide and 17cm in length, it sits perfectly on the wrist and looks so elegant regardless of which side is worn facing up.
Even the plain side is so beautiful to see, however the other side with some of the links engraved, really showcases this bracelet and will surely become your "go to" bracelet for any occasion, regardless of the time of day or night.
