Spectacular antique aesthetic movement bangle
$1,750.00
The aesthetic movement started in 1851 after the Great Exhibition, and became a style of jewellery somewhat far removed from the more traditional designs of the time by using aspects of Japanese art and jewellery, and more realistic and stylised natural elements such as butterflies, bamboo and birds, and was a move against the more traditional Victorian jewellery and style, and this can be seen here in this absolutely incredible antique sterling silver bangle made well over 100 years ago and still truly spectacular.
Made in sterling silver and measuring 3.2cm wide, the bangle features a crane as well as a bee flying over a pond as well as so many natural elements that will have you admiring it from all sides as well as feeling so proud to have this incredible bangle on your wrist.
Being hinged will allow it to sit nice and close to the wrist, and day or night, this bangle will be perfect to wear and such an incredible talking point.
