Antique diamond engagement ring from the Victorian era

Hand made in 18ct yellow gold, this ring is set with five large European cut diamonds that totals an impressive 2.25  carats. There is something so special about these lovely antique diamonds that were cut by hand over 100 years ago. And then looking closely at the setting at the top, there are two rose cut diamonds set between each diamond that adds not only that extra sparkle to the ring, but such a charming feature not seen on modern engagement rings today. These diamonds total 0.04 carats and measuring left to right the ring measures 21.4mm across by 5.8mm wide at the centre. With such an elegant curve to the top, this ring sits so well on the finger and will easily accommodate a wedding band sitting alongside.

And then when you admire this ring from the side, you will see the most incredible scroll work which is just amazing to look at and again is a testament to the quality of jewellery that was produced all those years ago.
