The term Mizpah comes from the Book of Genesis and translates as "The Lord watch between me and thee when we are absent one from another", and is steeped in history, and here is a gorgeous antique Mizpah ring that is set with two rubies and a single cut diamond.
Made in 18 carat yellow gold in Birmingham in 1887, the ring itself measures 8mm wide and tapers down at the back to 4.0mm, and sits so comfortably on the finger.
With the first half having "MIZ" and then the elegant separation of the rubies and diamond, followed by "PAH" this is certainly a ring that will always be admired and is certain to be a conversation starter.
The rubies total 0.08 carats and the diamond 0.03 carats, and this ring will so easily suit being worn on any finger and for any occasion.
