Aquamarine and diamond 1920s necklace

$8,250.00

Oh how divine!

There is no doubt that this necklace will be admired by all who see it, and make any woman walk tall like royalty with this around her neck.

Hand made in platinum and 18 carat yellow gold in the gorgeous 1920’s Art Deco era, the necklace is set with a combination of aquamarines and diamonds in a design that is breathtaking.

With the fine lace-like work from the platinum, the top section is set with a round aquamarine and seven single cut diamonds, and the lower section with eleven further single cut diamonds and another aquamarine.

The diamonds come together to total 0.24 carats, and the aquamarines 0.62 carats, and looking at how beautifully the diamonds and aquamarines are set, they all have a millgrain finish to the setting which can be seen as the elegant crimping along the edge of the setting. This fine attention to detail is what makes both jewellery made by hand, as well as the Art Deco period, so popular and sought after.

Fitted on an elegant trace link chain that measures 43cm from end to end, this necklace will make any woman feel like a queen when this is adorning her neck.
