18ct gold and platinum Art Deco diamond engagement ring hand made in the 1920's.
This Art Deco diamond engagement ring was hand made in 18 carat yellow gold and platinum. Platinum allowed the jeweller to draw the platinum into a very fine wire to allow all the detail that can be seen in this ring, while still keeping the strength to support the diamonds. This engagement ring is set with a European cut diamond in the centre.
Wearing a genuine Art Deco engagement ring is even more special when you consider that it was entirely hand made instead of cast made and mass produced and the engagement ring on your finger is the only one like it.
