Very unique Art Deco sapphire and diamond ring dating from the 1920’s
Here is a very unique Art Deco sapphire and diamond ring dating from the 1920’s that would suit any finger and occasion, including making a wonderful example of an Art Deco engagement ring.
Made in 14 carat yellow gold and platinum, this wonderful ring is set with a European cut diamond that measures 0.50 carats in the centre that has the most wonderful sparkle to it. And then on each side, instead of the traditional round sapphires being set on each side, there is an amazing half moon shaped natural sapphire that accentuates the oval section that both the sapphires and diamond are set into. These sapphires come together to total 1.10 carats and look truly amazing on the finger. The design combined with these wonderful sapphires will no doubt always catch the attention and admiration of all who see it.
Measuring 7.9mm wide at the centre by 13.5mm across, this top section is set on the most wonderful shoulders that are highlighted with platinum that has been hand engraved as well as the most incredible scroll work on the other sides of this ring that will have you admiring it every time that you look down at it on your finger.
From every angle, there is no doubt that this ring is incredible and truly like no other.
