Vintage Omega De Ville designed by Andrew Grima
$2,700.00
Andrew Grima was such an influential jeweller of the 1960’s and 70’s, whose designs won him prestigious commissions from numerous patrons including Princess Margaret, Jacqueline Onassis, and HM Queen Elizabeth II. Earning multiple awards and accolades, including a Royal Warrant, in 1969 Omega commissioned him to design a collection of 85 jewellery watches. These were to be made in a unique and captivating style. Titled ‘About Time’, these watches have become so sought after in recent years and look truly fabulous on the wrist, and here is a brilliant example dating from 1973.
Made in stainless steel in 1973, the case measures 26.5mm across plus the crown, and is fitted with a facetted crystal on the top that adds so much the charm and character to the watch as does the very elegant silver dial with the four index markers. This is such a stylish watch that look fantastic on the wrist and will no doubt always be a conversation starter each and every time that it is worn.
As we are an authorised and certified Omega watch service centre, the beautiful 24 jewelled manual wind Omega calibre 661 has been serviced by our own in-house watchmakers to Omegas specifications and uses only genuine Omega parts as well as coming with our two year warranty.
This is one watch that not only has a fantastic style and design to it, but will always be admired each time that it is worn.
