Cartier design their watches unlike any other watch company, in the way that they never follow trends and styles, rather they create them, and here is a very unique and special Cartier Diabolo made in solid 18 carat yellow gold and highlighted with cabochon sapphires.
The Cartier Diabolo is styled and designed after a juggling prop called a "diabolo". The diabolo used in juggling resembles an hour glass shape, which gave Cartier the inspiration for their watch.
Dating from the 1990's, the incredible design of the case and lugs alone are sure to make it noticed, however add to this the cabochon blue sapphires set on the end of each lug as well as the crown, and combine this with the extremely elegant white dial with Roman numerals, then you have a watch that is destined to always be admired and appreciated.
Measuring 26.5mm across or 31.3mm across to the end of the crown by 36.2mm, the Cartier quartz movement has just been serviced by our in-house watchmakers and comes with our twelve month warranty.
Fitted on a Cartier leather band with an 18 carat gold Cartier buckle, this completes the look of the watch so perfectly and will be sure to always be admired each and every time that it is worn.

18ct Cartier Diabolo 1440 set with cabochon sapphires on the side. This Cartier Diabolo has recently been serviced by our in-house watchmaker and is fitted on a Cartier leather band and 18 carat yellow gold Cartier buckle.

When we expanded and renovated our store in late 2022, we put in a full watchmaking and polishing workshop. With two watchmakers onsite, our head watchmaker used to work for Tag Heuer and then Rolex for nearly seven years. This allows us to be able to service your Cartier watch as well as other watch brands such as Rolex, Omega and Patek Philippe to name a few. As well as watches, we can also service your antique pocket watch.
