The Rolex Submariner has remained such an iconic Rolex watch and here is the bigger version, the Rolex Sea Dweller model 16600 from 1995.
Whereas the Rolex Submariner is rated to a depth of 300m/1,000ft the Rolex Sea Dweller can go to a much deeper 1220m/4,000ft thanks to the 1mm thicker case and 1mm thicker sapphire crystal and helium escape valve.
As it now has a thicker glass and case than the standard Rolex Submariner, Rolex removed the cyclops date magnifier giving the Rolex Sea Dweller a very smooth clean look and feel to it somewhat similar to the Rolex Submariner no date models.
The watch also has the very sought after 'Swiss T-<25" dial, making it that more special than many other Rolex Sea-Dwellers out there.
The case measures 40mm across and is fitted on the Rolex Oyster band, and both the case and band have been perfectly polished back to complete Rolex standards by our in-house watchmaker who used to work for Rolex. Needless to say, the case and band are in excellent condition, as is the Rolex calibre 3135 that has been fully serviced as well and comes with our twenty four month warranty. Having our own watchmaker on site in our brand new state of the art watchmaking workshop, allows us to be able to service the watches all on site without having to send them interstate or overseas which is the trend lately. It will be hard to find another Rolex Sea-Dweller that is in such superb condition as this one is.

This allows us to be able to service your Rolex to Rolex standards, as well as other watch brands such as Omega, Cartier and Patek Philippe to name a few. We are also now an authorised OMEGA watch service centre. We are the only authorised OMEGA service centre in Sydney CBD.
We recommend to service your Rolex every five years. If you wear the watch in water, we strongly suggest having your Rolex watch pressure tested once a year. This also applies to any other brand of watch that is worn in the water.

With the Rolex Sea Dweller 16600 able to go to a much further depth of 4,000 feet, it is also fitted with a helium escape valve.
