Antique 15 carat gold curb link bracelet made in 1906

15 carat gold is not only a very unique carat of gold that was only used for a relatively short time in the UK from 1954 until 1931, as well as in Australia from approximately the same time, but it often has a colour that is a lovely soft and warm rose colour that looks truly amazing when you see it, and even more beautiful when it is on the wrist, such as this lovely antique curb link bracelet.

Made in Birmingham in 1906, the colour of the links and the heart shaped padlock is so beautiful, and the links themselves are in superb condition. Measuring 19.6cm from end to end, each link is individually stamped and measure 1.1cm wide. This is so comfortable and practical to wear all the time, even well after 100 years have passed since it was made.

Curb link bracelets from this era are more commonly found in 9 carat gold, so finding one in 15 carat gold as well as in wonderful condition, is truly an exciting piece to own and wear with pride.
