Here is such a charming early Australian antique brooch that is designed with the Southern Cross, and of course a map of Australia.
Made in the early 1900's in 9 carat gold and a metal pin, the brooch measures 2.9cm across and is set with five intense garnets in the form of the Southern Cross which makes this brooch certainly stand out from near or far.
This brooch is so charming and delightful, and thanks to those gorgeous rich coloured garnets, will suit any outfit and occasion.
