Vintage David Andersen brooch

David Andersen is by far the most well known Danish jeweller of the early 20th Century, with his pieces being just as sought after today as when they were made, and here is a beautiful vintage David Andersen butterfly brooch that is in wonderful condition and is perfect to wear for any occasion.

Made in sterling silver in the 1930’s in the form of a butterfly, the brooch measures 54mm by 29.1mm, and has such a smooth feel to the touch thanks to the excellent quality of the enamel.

The way the yellow wings have such a soft tone to them is complimented just perfectly with the black body giving this the ability to be able to be worn on so many different colours and always look perfect.
