Very rare ladies Cartier Baignoire Bi-plan hidden clasp watch
Cartier have always been known for being leaders in creating some truly fabulous and unique jewellery and watch designs, and here is a very rare ladies Cartier Baignoire Bi-plan hidden clasp watch that exemplifies this.
The Baignoire is so-called as it resembles a bathtub "Baignoire is French for bathtub) and has a wonderful elongated watch case that looks so elegant on the wrist. The Cartier Baignoire is still produced today, however with it is made with a traditional band and buckle, whereas this one is so much more beautiful in design and aesthetics.
Whereas all other watches have a band with a buckle at the end, this has a deployant clasp that actually sits and fits under the watch case. This incredible feature shows why Cartier have long been regarded as pioneers in both the jewellery and watch industry.
