4 line Rolex Submariner 14060M

The Rolex Submariner 14060M differs from the very similar 14060 by having using the newer calibre 3130 that was a COCS chronometer certified movement, with difference such as a larger balance wheel, new reverser wheel and a full balance bridge, and therefore has the "M" standing for "Modified".

Because the 14060M (such as this one here) has been Chronometer certified, at the bottom it has four lines of text, instead of two for the non-certified movements. Having said that, this is not to say that a 2-line Rolex Submariner has a bad movement, however it is nicer to have the upgraded and certified movement.

Fitted in the iconic 40mm watch case and on the Rolex Oyster band that are both in wonderful condition, the movement has been completely serviced by our in-house Rolex trained watchmaker, runs perfectly, and comes with our twelve month warranty.

Being a no-date model gives the watch a sleek look, and the Rolex Submariner is one of the world's most iconic watch, and this Submariner no-date model will certainly look good in a business suit, just as much as a diving suit.

What is the Rolex Submariner 14060M?

Both the Rolex Submariner no-date 14060 and the 14060M reference are identical in size. However the notable difference is that the 14060 is a non-certified movement, and the 14060M has a Chronometer rated movement.

The Rolex Submariner 14060M differs from the very similar 14060 by having a larger balance wheel and modified full balance bridge, and is also Chronometer certified, and therefore has the "M" standing for "Modified".

Because the 1406M (such as this one here) has been Chronometer certified, at the bottom it has four lines of text, instead of two for the non-certified movements. Having said that, this is not to say that a 2-line Rolex Submariner has a bad movement, however it is nicer to have the upgraded and certified movement.

How often should I service my Rolex?

We recommend to service your Rolex every five years. If you wear the watch in water, we strongly suggest having your Rolex watch, or any watch for that matter, pressure tested once a year.

Where can I service my Rolex watch in Sydney?

Kalmar Antiques now employ a Rolex trained watchmaker on site!

When we expanded and renovated our store in late 2022, we put in not only a full watchmaking and polishing workshop, but a watchmaker who used to work for Rolex for nearly seven years. This allows us to be able to service your Rolex to Rolex standards. Along with Rolex we can service other watch brands such as Omega, Cartier and Patek Philippe to name a few. We are also now an authorised OMEGA watch service centre. This allows us to be able to service your Omega watch to full Omega specifications all on-site.
