Tourmaline is a natural gemstone that comes in a variety of colours, including a magnificent green colour as can be seen here in this antique pendant from the early 1900's.
Made in 9 carat gold in the Edwardian era of the start of the 1900's, the pendant is set with two very vibrant green tourmalines that total 1.35 carats and are highlighted by nine natural seed pearls, all in a design that comes together so beautifully.
Measuring 25mm across by 45.5mm to the top of the bail for a chain to pass through, this is a wonderful example of the elegance that is the Edwardian era.
