Antique pearl set bangle made in the 1880's in 15 carat gold

This bangle is so elegant and looks absolutely stunning on the wrist where it sits so comfortably.

Made in 15 carat rose gold, along both sides is such a charming scroll design that amazingly has all been hand pierced, meaning a jeweller has used a saw blade to painstakingly pierce out each section along both sides. The time needed to accomplish this would have no doubt been immense and is a testament to the quality of work that was achieved well over 100 years ago.

Measuring 7.6mm wide, the top section is set with thirty four seed pearls that compliment the colour of the gold and elegant scroll work along the sides.

Having an oval shape allows it to sit nice and close to the wrist, and fitted with a safety chain for added security, this bangle is truly an exceptional example of high Victorian jewellery.
