This vintage Art Deco sapphire and diamond halo engagement ring was hand made in 18 carat yellow gold and platinum in the 1920's. It is set with a natural sapphire in the centre and surrounded by ten antique European cut diamonds which were the true forerunner to today's modern round brilliant cut diamond.
