The combination of those rich purple amethysts and the pure white of the pearls are complimented beautifully by the incredible design that they are set into, making this an antique pendant that will always be admired for its colours, beauty and design.
Made in the early 1900's in 9 carat yellow gold, the pendant is set with thirty four seed pearls in a design that has influences from the earlier Victorian of the 19th Century, as well as its own design of the Edwardian era in which it was made.
Set with a further two seed pearls on the bail at the top, the pendant is set with a 1 carat round amethyst in the centre and a 0.75 carat pear cut amethyst at the bottom.
Measuring 32.3mm by 42.7mm, or 56.4mm to the top of the bail, this is a truly magnificent antique pendant that will suit not only any occasion, but any woman of any age.
