Elegant Art Deco diamond necklace made in the 1920's

Here is such an elegant and refined diamond necklace that was made in the Art Deco period of the 1920's and will remain a much loved and treasured family heirloom, as well as being destined to always be admired every single time that it is worn.

Hand made in 18 carat yellow gold and platinum, the design and intricate detail alone is breathtaking to admire, made even more special that it was made over 100 years ago and still looks as fabulous today as when it was made.

Set with sixteen rose cut diamonds leading to a central cluster of six early brilliant cut diamonds surrounding a further early brilliant cut diamond, there is a final rose cut diamond set at the top of the pendant section where the platinum chain connects on both sides.

The diamonds come together to total  0.41 carats and not on sparkle so beautifully, but highlight the exquisite work that makes this necklace so special.

The drop section measures 1.1cm across by 3cm and from end to end the necklace measures 42cm in length making it the perfect length to wear with that special outfit.

Even after 100 years since it was made, this will still continue to be a head turning piece to be worn with pride.
