Quite often there will be a piece of jewellery that is well over 100 years old, yet will not only surprise so many when they discover this, but can also very easily be worn with other antique jewellery as well as seamlessly along side modern jewellery and fit right in. And this certainly applies to this very beautiful antique bangle dating from the late Victorian period of the 1890's.
Made in sterling silver, the bangle measures 18.6mm wide, and has such an elegant twist of silver running along both sides at the top that stands out more against the high polish of the silver.
Being hinged will allow this bangle to sit nice and close to the wrist, and is so comfortable to just put on and leave on making it practical to wear during the day and well into the evening.
Even after more than 130 years after being made, this bangle is still as beautiful and fashionable as ever.
