Gorgeous vintage enamel owl brooch by David Andersen

David Andersen was Norway’s most famous jeweller, famed throughout the world for his wonderful enamel pieces, most often butterflies that display such wonderful colours, however here is a vintage David Andersen brooch that dates from the 1950’s in the form of the most gorgeous owl.

Made in sterling silver, this owl has such a deep rich green body colour, and those white and black eyes that are so piercing and wonderful to stare into.
