Victorian era antique tortoiseshell drop earrings made in the 1890's

The chocolate brown colour of the antique tortoiseshell earrings have such a wonderful depth to them and combined with the elegant design and length, this makes them the perfect pair of earrings to wear with any outfit and occasion.

Dating from the late Victorian period of the 1890's, each earring measures 63.6mm from the bottom to the top of the tortoiseshell or 74mm to the top of the 9 carat shepherd hooks. The triangular section at the bottom measures 11.4mm wide and the long main section with the beautifully detailed pierce work section measures 7.3,, wide.

These earrings have such an elegant sway and movement to them when being worn, and will look absolutely fabulous for any occasion.
