The rich colour of the amethysts that are highlighted with the pearls, combined with such a wonderful design into which they are set, all come together to create this truly magnificent antique necklace from the Edwardian era.
Made in 15 carat gold at the start of the 1900's, the colour of the amethysts is so beautiful and intense that they alone will be admired from near or far, however it is also the gorgeous flowing design that is just as breathtaking. Even the final seed pearl set at the bottom in that curved design which is seen in the way it has a subtle yet elegant curve all adds that extra charm to this necklace.
In total the amethysts come together to total 10.4 carats, and laid out from end to end, the necklace measures 48cm allowing the centre section to sit perfectly on the neck.
This necklace has such a regal look and feel to it that will have any woman walking so tall and proud with this around her neck.
