Antique citrine and pearl pendant that can be converted to a brooch

Here is an eye catching antique pendant that will always be admired from near or far and can so easily be converted to be worn as a brooch.

Made in 9 carat gold in the early 1900’s, sitting proud in the centre is a magnificent oval citrine that measures 9.30 carats in size and is highlighted by a further five round citrines with one more sitting elegantly at the bottom. These additional citrines total 2.20 carats and are set amongst not just seed pearls, but seed pearls that have been set into a wonderful floral design that adds to the charm and character of this piece even more.

Measuring 35.2mm across by x 55mm to the very top of the bail, this bail can easily be removed and then the main pendant part can be worn as a brooch without this bail being in the way.

And removing the bail is simply a matter of sliding the piece along the hook at the back -when it is worn as a brooch this piece does not hinder the look or the way it sits on the outfit.

This allows this to be worn as two different pieces of jewellery making it so much more versatile and wearable.

Regardless of how you choose to wear this, there is no doubt that it will always stand out from the crowd.
