Made in 14 carat gold in the late Victorian era of the 1890's, to begin with it is made in a traditional signet ring style with a plain top that can be left as it is, or engraved with initials or a monogram.
Highlighted with not just a random design on each shoulder, the design is actually of a horseshoe that adds to the charm and character of the ring even more.
And then there is the secret locket set below the top that really makes this ring so unique and special. Flipping the top of the ring up reveals a secret locket compartment that can be used to place a photo or lock of hair of a loved one inside. Having wither of these will make this ring so much more personal and special to the wearer and will certainly be such an interesting talking point when shown to others.
