Jewellery designs of the Art Deco era of the 1920's to the 1940's are just as beautiful to admire today as when they were made, and this is certainty true for this incredible Art Deco diamond ring.
Hand made in the 1920's entirely in platinum, the design of the ring alone is breathtaking with such an amazing geometric design. Art Deco jewellery often incorporated a "shape in a shape" design as can be seen here with round diamonds set into square shaped settings. It is small attention to detail such as this that makes Art Deco jewellery so unique and exciting to wear.
In the centre is one round early brilliant cut diamond that measures 0.36 carats with another round early brilliant cut diamond set on both sides. Then the ring is further highlighted by the ten single cut diamonds around the edge of the ring, and these and the additional two other diamonds come together to total 0.64 carats. The sparkle that these diamonds give is wonderful making this a ring that will certainly always be admired.
Measuring 11.7mm across by 20.4mm, this is a truly fabulous ring that exemplify the beauty of the Art Deco period.
